Eligibility for Returns
1. Time Frame: Returns must be requested within 30 days from the date of purchase.
2. Condition: Items must be in their original condition, including packaging, and must not be used, altered, or damaged.
3. Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.Return Process

2. Return Authorization: You will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions on how to return the item. Please do not return any items without obtaining an RMA number first.
3. Return Shipping: Pack the item securely in its original packaging and include a copy of your receipt and the RMA number. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part.Refunds
1. Processing Time: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 7 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
